We carry many varieties of cheese handcrafted from cows and goats milk from several companies including Appleton Creamery, Sunset Acres and Balfour Farm.

We have deli tubs of soft goat cheese, plain, in olive oil, herb garlic plus more flavors. Varieties of yogurt from Balfour Farm and Swallowtail Farm. 

Fresh farm eggs from Bowden Farm, several kinds of pickles and beet relish from Morse's Sauerkraut, smoked shrimp, mussels, salmon kabobs and other spreads from Grindstone Neck; AND we always have Home Made Baked Beans.

    Q1: What makes Spear's All Natural Beef special?
    Our beef is grass-fed, grain finished and raised without antibiotics or growth hormones. Processed under USDA inspection, with the most humane slaughtering processes. We offer individual cuts, quarters, and sides at our farm stands.

    Q2: Where can I purchase your beef products?
    Our All Natural Beef is available at both our Waldoboro and Nobleboro farm stands. For special orders or bulk purchases, please call us at 207-832-4488.

    Q3: Do you offer other meats besides beef?
    Yes, we also provide pork, chicken, and turkey products, all raised with the same commitment to quality and sustainability. If you have a special request, please feel free to click just below, we take special orders!

    We produce a variety of forage including grass and mixed hay, suitable for horses, cattle, goats, and other livestock.

    Q3. Can I reserve hay for winter?
    Absolutely. We accept advance orders to help customers plan ahead for colder months and secure supply.

    Q4. How is your hay harvested and stored?
    Our hay is carefully harvested during peak conditions and stored under cover to maintain freshness and nutrition.

    Spear's Fresh Vegetables:

    Q1: What types of vegetables do you grow?
    We cultivate over 250 acres of mixed vegetables, including sweet corn, beans, winter squash, pumpkins, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, onions, eggplant, lettuces, and more.

    Q2: When is sweet corn available?
    Our sweet corn is hand-picked daily from mid-July through mid-October, ensuring peak freshness and flavor.

    Q3: Where can your vegetables be found?
    Our fresh vegetables are available seasonally at our farm stands located at 1520 Atlantic Highway, Waldoboro, ME 04572, and 67 Center Street, Nobleboro, ME 04555. You can also find us at farmers markets throughout Mid-Coast Maine, including the Brunswick Farmers Market at 277 Pleasant Hill Rd, Brunswick, ME 04011, and the Brunswick Town Mall Farmers Market at 191-195 Maine Street, Brunswick, ME 04011.
